Ms. Chapnick has represented insurers in property, general liability and professional liability coverage disputes throughout the country and has litigated and tried multi-million dollar cases. Ms. Chapnick has advised insurers on claims practices and procedures to promote efficient investigation and resolution of property insurance claims. She was the author of the Michigan Chapter on the Uniform Trade Practices Act for the Defense Research Institute in 2007.
