Andre Sesler

André Sesler is a civil litigation lawyer who advises insurance companies and their policyholders on claim-related issues. This includes defending and counseling carriers in first-party and third-party bad faith and extra-contractual claims and litigation. André also has experience in Magnuson-Moss Warranty product defect litigation and Lemon Law litigation on behalf of luxury car manufacturers. He is involved in all phases of litigation and ensures his clients are informed throughout the process. With more than a decade of litigation experience, André has defended professional liability, product liability, health care, and general liability claims while also counseling clients facing claims of negligence, strict liability, wrongful death, and premises liability. Prior to joining Hinshaw, André spent several years in the Tampa office of a Tallahassee-based firm. While there, he bolstered his insurance litigation experience and eventually became a member of the firms Shareholder Committee. During law school, André served as Chapter President of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. In addition to clerking in the South Florida offices of a Florida-based firm, he was a summer federal judicial extern in Tampa for the Honorable Elizabeth Kovachevich, Chief Judge in the U. S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
