Aimee Vidaurri

Aimeé Vidaurri Cervantes is a partner in the San Antonio office in the firms dispute resolution and litigation group. Aimeé is a skilled trial lawyer who successfully represents plaintiffs and defendants in state court, federal court and arbitrations across the country and internationally. Her practice includes a wide variety of subject matters. She has broad experience in complex commercial disputes and litigation, including contract disputes, investigations, corporate governance, antitrust cases, the energy industry, class actions and the financial industry. While in law school Aimeé served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Marina Garcia Marmolejo in the Southern District of Texas, and the Hon. Tony M. Davis, US Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas. Aimeé joined Norton Rose Fulbright following a clerkship with the Honorable Orlando L. Garcia, Chief Judge for the United States District Court Western District of Texas. Her investigative experience, coupled with her time interning and clerking at several federal courts in Texas and her years of prolific brief-writing across the firms commercial practice groups, make her a trusted advisor and a valuable member of any disputes team.
