Stephen Difato Stephen Difato is Difato Laws managing partner and founder. Stephen grew up in Saint Augustine, Florida. He attended, and graduated from, the University of Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Economics. Stephen then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Stephen is fully licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. Stephen is also a fully licensed and insured title agent and Florida public adjuster. Stephen has years of experience in diverse areas such as estate planning, probate, first party property damage claims, residential and commercial closings, homeownersand condominium association issues, contract and lease drafting, commercial litigation, business formation, and personal injury. As well as having a strong, and continuing, legal background and education, Stephen also owns a title company and public adjusting company. In his free time, Stephen plays in local sports leagues, is an avid sports fan, and plays music at local venues and for his church.
