John Michael Winchester

Biography:<\/h5>\nJ. Michael (Mike) Winchester has been married to Patty M. Winchester for 44 years and has two grown children, Jared and Celia.\u00a0 He is also the proud grandfather of three grandchildren, Gavin Luke, Caroline, and Reid.<\/p>\nHe attended Tennessee Tech University (TTU)\u00a0on an Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) baseball scholarship. He is currently a member of the Tennessee Tech Sports Hall of Fame.\u00a0 He has served on various committees at TTU, including the Sports Hall of Fame Selection Committee.\u00a0 He is a member of the 1915 Society of the President\u2019s Club.\u00a0 He remains an avid supporter and contributor to both academic and athletic programs at TTU.<\/p>\nHe is the founding member and President of Winchester, Sellers Foster & Steele, P. C., a law firm formed in 1983 concentrating in creditor\u2019s rights, banking, commercial and business litigation in Knoxville, Tennessee and surrounding areas.<\/p>\nHe is the past President of the Mid-South Commercial Law Institute.\u00a0 He has been recognized on a national peer-review by Martindale-Hubbel as an AV (pre-imminent) rated attorney for over 20 years and was listed as one of the top banking lawyers in Knoxville based on a magazine survey of the Knoxville Bar Association. Mr. Winchester is a Fellow in the Knoxville Bar Foundation and has also served as legal counsel to the Civil Service Merit Board for the City of Knoxville for 30 years.<\/p>\n <\/p>,tablet:
