James Patrick Murphy

Overview Patrick E. Murphys practice is dedicated to corporate/business transactions and commercial real estate. A 20 year attorney, his focus in corporate/business matters includes corporate entity formations/restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, development and capitalization of private placements/syndications for start-up and ongoing businesses, and the preparation and negotiation of all types of commercial contracts and agreements for clients in their businesses on both the domestic and international levels.
