While in law school, Ms. Rice DeCortin worked for a prominent civil litigation firm in the Greater Boston area and served as a Student Practitioner for the Administrative Law Division of the Massachusetts Attorney Generals Office. She was also selected to be a peer coach for BC Laws Academic Success Program where she helped first-year students with academic support and learning strategies. Ms. Rice DeCortin is a Connecticut native and received an undergraduate degree in Environmental Geoscience from Boston College. She was a three-time recipient of the undergraduate research fellowship and earned departmental honors for her work on groundwater quality. Ms. Rice DeCortin plans to be active in the BC Law Alumni community and the Boston Bar Association. She loves spending time outdoors and reading thriller novels in her free time.
