ABOUT Jasmina Aragon is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP. Jasmina focuses her practice on litigation and labor and employment matters. Jasmina defends employers against claims of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour claims in state court, federal court, and arbitration. She assists employers with pre-litigation negotiation and resolution of employee disputes. Jasmina provides comprehensive representation, which includes counseling and compliance. Through counseling her clients, Jasmina helps employers create and maintain a safe workplace where employees are valued. Jasminas practice also includes civil litigation, premises liability, and professional liability claims.
