She represents community associations in all aspects of their day-to-day operations including compliance with federal law, including the Fair Housing Act, and Florida statutes and regulations. She also represents associations in litigation matters, including arbitrations and mediations before the Division of Florida Condominiums, preparation of amended documents, interpretation of governing documents, and other corporate governance issues. Jennifer has extensive experience in civil litigation, including lien or mortgage foreclosures, property and contract disputes, and landlord tenant issues. Jennifer also has extensive experience in residential real estate transactions.
