FIGHTING FOR YOUR RIGHTS Attorney Lee Brooks, born and raised in Alabama, is recognized throughout the Southeast United States for his career-long dedication to standing up for the injured. He graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, graduated magna cum laude from Kennesaw State University with a Master of Science in Conflict Management, and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1998. Brooks has won trials and numerous settlements across the Southeast in cases involving tractor-trailer collisions, catastrophic car wrecks, fatal railroad crossing impacts, motorcycle wrecks, bus injuries, dangerous business premises mishaps, fraud against consumers, and many other categories of personal injury cases. Brooks is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, the United States Supreme Court, and both the Fifth and the Eleventh Circuits of the United States Courts of Appeals. Brooks has served on both the Executive Committee and the Board of Governors for the Alabama Association of Justice, and his past memberships include the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Mississippi Association for Justice, the Tennessee Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers. He was a frequent guest on Law-Call, a call-in question and answer television show. Brooks served on the Ethics Committee for the City of Kennesaw, Georgia, and has served Parent Teacher Associations both as President and as the chair of Legislative Committees and chair of the Community Outreach Committee to aid poor and underprivileged children and their families. His other passions include travel, comedy, powerlifting, his violin, his family, and nature. Brooks is an active member of Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church in Marietta, Georgia.
