Ken Davis

Kenneth (Ken) A. Davis is a corporate attorney with over 25 years of experience in corporate, litigation, and restructuring matters. Mr. Davis spent the majority of his career as Senior Counsel in the financial restructuring group of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. His past experience includes transactional, litigation and restructuring practice at prominent New York and San Francisco based international law firms, as well as service as the Chief Legal Officer of a distressed enterprise. Ken received his J. D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1995, where he was an editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. He attended Hobart College, graduating phi beta kappa, with majors in both Economics and Political Science. Ken lives in Winhall, Vermont. He and his wife have two daughters, who enjoy ski racing, soccer, travel and cello. Ken is an avid cyclist, runner and skier, who also enjoys travel and backpacking.
