Jason Park

Jason S. Park is of counsel in the New York office of Gibson Dunn and a member of the firms Investment Funds Practice Group. Jason focuses on the formation and operation of private investment funds, including buyout funds, growth equity funds, real estate funds, natural resources funds, credit funds and co-investment funds, as well as funds-of-one and similar custom arrangements. His practice also includes advising on carried interest and similar internal GP arrangements and strategic initiatives involving private fund sponsors. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the New York University School of Law in 2016. He received his Bachelor of Commerce, with high distinction, from the University of Toronto in 2013. Jason is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
