Andre Dreyfuss

Andre focuses his practice on franchise law, complex commercial litigation, real estate law, and intellectual property. Andre has extensive experience in franchise matters, with a particular emphasis on assisting franchisees with all their legal needs, such as analyzing a Franchise Disclosure Document prior to purchasing a franchise, negotiating with franchisors, and representing franchisees in litigation. Andres practice includes the preparation of complex commercial contracts and other legal documents including operating agreements, license agreements, lease agreements, non-compete agreements, and confidentiality agreements. In addition, Andre assists franchisors in complying with federal and state franchise laws and by preparing Franchise Disclosure Documents, franchise agreements, and state registrations. Andre has achieved success for his clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations, throughout Florida and across the country. Andre has also attended franchise trade shows throughout the country and internationally, and has authored articles on issues important to franchisees. As an experienced real estate investor and developer in South Florida, Andre is well-positioned to provide legal representation, guidance, and assistance to his clients that navigate the complexities of investing, developing, and managing real estate.
