Nicholas F. Mastria

Overview| | Nick Mastria was a student attorney at the Criminal Defense and Justice Clinic, representing indigent defendants charged with misdemeanor offenses in the Washington, D.C., Superior Court.|Nick focuses his practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, mergers and acquisitions, contractual disputes, and other commercial matters.|In law school, Nick was an associate on the George Washington Law Review and the president of GW’s Federalist Society chapter. In addition, he was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, finishing as a semifinalist in the 1L Arbitration Competition.
