John Patrick Green

He then moved to Texas, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Green interned with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, the Life Legal Defense Foundation, and the Law Office of Ramos and del Cueto. Mr. Green was on the St. Mary’s Mock Trial team where he was nationally ranked, was a three-time semi-finalist, and the National Regional finalist. As a result of his successes, he was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, an exclusive and highly competitive honors society. After graduating from law school, Mr. Green served Guadalupe County as a prosecutor. There he worked cases from their inception to resolution including jury trial verdicts. Armed with new knowledge and experience in prosecuting cases, Mr. Green joined Ramos & del Cueto as an associate attorney. In 2023, he founded his own law firm on one simple idea: a mere accusation should not ruin one's life. He continues to handle a wide variety of cases including DWI, Intoxication Assaults, Intoxication manslaughter, Family Violence, Assaults, Fraud, Theft, Burglary, Robbery, Murder, and Capital Murder.
