Susan Shaw

With more than 25 years of experience in private practice, Susan B. Shaw is a highly experienced litigator. Susan is recognized as a true people person and excellent supervisor with laudable client relations skills. Over the course of her career, Susan has gained significant experience and obtained successful results for both her business clients as well as individual clients in matters involving business law and litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, personal injury, and trust and probate litigation. Susan received her J. D. from the University of Kansas School of Law. She earned her B. S. in Economics from Santa Clara University and studied abroad at the John Felice Rome Center at Loyola University Chicago. Susan is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Susan is also admitted to practice in the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court in all three jurisdictions. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgias General Trial and Litigation Section as well as the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
