Prior to joining the Attorney Generals office, Stephen worked in private practice at a civil litigation firm in Columbus, Ohio, where he handled a wide variety of insurance-related matters including defense of personal injury and wrongful death, construction defect, insurance coverage and bad faith defense actions at all stages of litigation through trial and appeal.
