Charles Mustell

In 1998, Mr. Mustell formed the personal injury law firm of Mustell & Borrow. Mr. Mustell has successfully represented hundreds of personal injury clients in cases involving wrongful death, automobile accidents, slip/trip and falls, negligent security, nursing home abuse and medical malpractice. During that time, Mr. Mustell has put to use the knowledge that he gained during his years representing the insurance companies for the benefit of his injured clients so as to maximize their settlements and trial verdicts. In 2015, Mr. Mustell has continued his long career in pursuit of justice for the victims of negligence and formed The Mustell Law Firm. Mr. Mustell points to the fact that he receives countless referrals from his past clients and from other lawyers as his proudest achievement and as evidence of the quality of his representation of past and existing clients. Mr. Mustell is a long standing member of the Florida Bar, the Miami Dade County Bar Association and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers/Florida Justice Association.
