Travis Hargrove

Travis concentrates his practice in the areas of Contracts, Labor and Employment Law, Real Estate Transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions and General Corporate Law. Travis concentration in these areas through his past experience working as General Counsel with the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, and his time as In-House General Counsel for Sinclair Group, Inc., a biomedical research company that performs contract based services for a wide array of clients from the United States and overseas. During his eight years with Sinclair Group, Inc., Travis gained experience in an assortment of areas, including regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies, complex contractual negotiations, all types of personnel issues and management of outside litigation. Travis received both his undergraduate degree and legal degree from University of Missouri-Columbia, graduating from law school in 2005. During law school he was a recipient of the Fred L. Hall, Jr. Foundation Estate Planning Award, was a member of the Missouri Environmental Law and Policy Review, and received a Certificate in Taxation. Travis is a native of Columbia, Missouri. He is an avid outdoorsman and spends his free time hiking, golfing and hunting.
