Jason Wayne Graham

Jason is a true general practitioner and experienced trial lawyer. Over the past 25+ years, he has tried over 100 cases to judges and juries in both state and federal courts and consistently achieves exceptional results for his clients, who include individuals, small businesses, and multi-million dollar companies. Jasons practice covers an eclectic array of areas, including commercial and business litigation, contract, trade secret, and unfair competition disputes, business divorces between owners/partners/ shareholders, entertainment law, construction law, landlord-tenant, probate litigation, real estate litigation (trespass, nuisance, quiet title), intellectual property (trademark and copyright infringement), personal injury resulting from automobile accidents and slip/trip and falls, and professional malpractice.
