Hill Eva has been in practice since 2007 since graduating from the University of Memphis School of Law and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (magna cum laude). Her career has been courtroom intensive with early experience as a general practitioner which included criminal defense, family law, general civil litigation, personal injury and bankruptcy/creditors rights. Eva joined the firm in 2013 where she continues to focus on representation of counties in litigation involving civil rights and claims arising under 42 U. S. C. 1983 as well as general liability, municipal liability, transportation claims and coverage disputes. She and her husband, Lee, enjoy fishing, hunting and spending as much time as they can on the Georgia coast. Education B.
