Bio Chris Simon has represented plaintiffs and defendants in injury, wrongful death and insurance litigation as a civil litigator for 28 years. The first 10 years of his career were spent as an insurance defense trial attorney representing a variety of insurance carriers in Auto, Trucking and Premises Liability cases. Since 2007, Chris has practiced as a plaintiffs lawyer in Automobile Injuries, Trucking, Premises Liability and Negligent Security Cases. He also has experience in the areas of Condemnation, Construction Defects, Commercial Construction Insurance Coverage Disputes, Bad Faith/Extra-Contractual Claims, Coverage, and Subrogation. Chris was chosen as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers and to Georgia Trend Magazines Legal Elite list. Chris has also been named to the Super Lawyer list as a Rising Star® or as a Super Lawyer® since 2009. He has also been selected as one of the Top 100 Lawyers of Georgia® by Super Lawyers in 2014 and 2015. Since 2006, Chris has been a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and has mediated hundreds of cases since that time.
