Brandon O. Trent

Brandon has significant experience in representing both individuals and businesses in matters involving complex commercial litigation, trade secrets, construction disputes, products liability claims, personal injury claims, probate litigation claims, and employment matters. He also represents clients in all aspects of family law litigation, including dissolutions, divorce, and child custody matters. Brandon has tried several cases to verdict, and he has also successfully handled appeals throughout Ohio. Brandons trial and appellate work in the courtroom also allows him to routinely advise and work with clients to implement risk management strategies. His practice has and always will be a client-centric approach, which aims to analyze and meet the needs of each client. Brandon has been named a Rising Star in the area of Civil Litigation: Defense by Ohio Super Lawyers® for 2022 and 2023.
