Anne Stevens

Anne Stevens is Council Director for Global Business Women Leaders; Human Resource Executives and Global CHRO Councils and is based in the UK. She is a senior business leader, previously a global Vice President with Rio Tinto and before that a European Director with IBM. Anne has worked in mature markets such as Americas, Australia and Canada, where she led the people strategy, plans and practices to achieve sustained growth, and also in emerging economies such as China, South Africa, Peru, Madagascar and Mongolia. She is recognised as a catalyst for change and transformation along with her good insight into M&A, international demographics and broad cultural challenges. Anne is a thought leader and speaker on gender balance and inclusion. She is an executive mentor and coach as well as a member of several charity boards. She is the chair of the Advisory Board for the Faculty of Business & Law at Portsmouth University and on the international Advisory Board of WIN. Anne has held Executive roles within manufacturing, IT, business consulting and financial services.
