Damian Jamal Rape

Meet Damian Rape Damian Rape, Esq. was born in Bermuda and moved to Pensacola, Florida as a young child. After graduation from Escambia High School, he earned his bachelors in criminal justice, with a minor in Pre-Law, from the Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU). Damian continued his studies by attending Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, earning his Juris Doctor in 2020. Damians experience in law practice comes from having joined the Public Defenders Office as a criminal defense attorney, representing clients within Escambia County, Florida and practicing personal injury cases after leaving the Public Defenders Office Damian is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Florida Bar Section of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Also, Damian is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and participates in community service events throughout the various communities. Damian believes when achieving a goal, do not meet it, exceed it!
