Soheyl Tahsildoost

Soheyl Tahsildoost is one of the founding partners of Theta Law Firm, LLP. He has worked in several practice areas, including Lemon Law (warranty litigation), UCL, CLRA, FAL, credit reporting, business formation, business litigation, alcoholic beverage control, land use, real estate, construction, personal injury, and employment law. Being an avid automotive enthusiast, Soheyl is proud to represent automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealerships throughout California. Soheyls practice focuses on early evaluation and identification of trial candidates, and litigating in an aggressive, but cost-effective manner. He provides a bulldog defense to each of his clients and personally invests himself in every case his firm handles. Soheyls small business services include business entity formation, buyouts, dissolution, managing business affairs, investment, and litigation. He enjoys guiding entrepreneurs down the often treacherous path of self-employment and through its frequent legal obstacles. Having a background working as a computer technician and amateur programmer through college, Soheyl is particularly familiar with the challenges technology start-ups face. For more than a decade, Soheyl has represented clients in various legal arenas including: federal and state courts, arbitrations, administrative hearings, city councils, city planning commissions, and neighborhood councils. Education After graduating cum laude from the University of California, at San Diego with bachelors degrees in Political Science and History, Soheyl obtained his J. D. from Loyola Law School. At Loyola, he was a staffer and then editor of the Loyola Law Review. Soheyl is licensed to practice law in all of Californias state courts, federal district courts, the 9th Circuit, and California appellate courts.
