Samantha Palma

Samantha Palma has practiced for over 10 years as a litigator with a primary emphasis on insurance defense. She has represented individuals and insurance companies in a wide range of lawsuits. She previously managed a property and personal injury litigation practice for a large insurance company that included first party, third party, homeowner claims, and examinations under oath. Mrs. Palma has extensive trial experience in the District Courts, County Courts, and the Justice of the Peace Courts in Texas. Mrs. Palma attended the Basic and Advanced Trial Skills courses with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy in 2018 and 2019 and the Leading with Analytics course from Northwestern Universitys Kellogg School of Management in 2020.
