Neil has been a shareholder with Eberle Berlin for more than thirty years. Neils practice focuses on commercial litigation, insurance defense litigation, employment and labor law, and workers compensation, and he has been lead or co-chair in over one hundred trials and administrative hearings throughout Idaho. Neil has an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell (the highest rating available for a lawyers legal ability and professional ethics). Neil is the recipient of the 2016 Idaho State Bar Professionalism Award.
