Ms. Greenspan frequently represents investors in direct and derivative actions pending in the Delaware Court of Chancery involving breaches of fiduciary duty, statutory compliance, inspection of books and records, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex corporate governance and business matters. Ms. Greenspan began her legal career as an assistant public defender in Philadelphia County where she litigated bench and jury trials to verdict for nearly a decade. Before joining Prickett Jones, Ms. Greenspan litigated stockholder class and derivative actions with a national securities firm where she was recognized as a Legal 500 Rising Star. Ms. Greenspan earned her undergraduate degree in 2001 from the University of Michigan where she was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Greenspan earned her law degree in 2007 from Temple University.
