Khalil Eaddy

Criminal Attorney Khalil Eaddy is an associate attorney at Robert James Trial Attorneys. Mr. Eaddy was born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey. Mr. Eaddy obtained his bachelors degree from Grambling State University with a major in Criminal Justice and Spanish. Mr. Eaddy obtained his Juris Doctor, from North Carolina Central University School of Law. During his term at North Carolina School of Law, Mr. Eaddy served as a member of the Trial Advocacy Board, Moot Court Board, The Death Penalty Project, and Student Bar Association Treasurer. Mr. Eaddy began his career utilizing the Third Year Practice Rule, which allowed him to take cases while in his final year of law school. Within three months of his practice, Mr. Eaddy was chosen by two nationally recognized criminal trial attorneys in South Carolina to assist in the defense of a high-profile Capital Punishment case. Mr. Eaddy is a fearless and compassionate litigator with a sharp sense to achieve the best results in every case he has assisted in. Mr. Eaddy is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, South Carolina, and Georgia. In addition, Mr. Eaddy is admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Georgia and South Carolina. Mr. Eaddy focus his criminal practice in the county court, juvenile court, and circuit court. Mr. Eaddy has represented hundreds of criminal clients on charges ranging from disorderly conduct to capital murder.
