Biography With over 20 years of experience, Seths national practice focuses on complex litigation including, large commercial/contractual disputes, high-exposure insurance coverage disputes, catastrophic injuries, real estate transactions and construction defect claims. Having earned a reputation for delivering favorable outcomes in challenging legal disputes, Seth is known for his exceptional trial skills and is equipped with a deep understanding of courtroom dynamics, enabling him to effectively present complex legal arguments and navigate intricate legal procedures. Seth has experience litigating insurance matters throughout the country- both coverage and defense in State and Federal courts. Specifically, Seth handles an array of cases involving various types of insurance policies and bad faith claims, as well as litigating defense cases ranging from premises liability matters (e.g. hospitality, negligent security, dram shop matters) to all areas of professional malpractice, as well as automobile and trucking accidents. Moreover, Seth regularly handles complex products liability matters in both multidistrict litigations (MDLs) and class actions.
