Bradford Patterson M. Bradford Patterson graduated Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia in 2012. He then obtained his J. D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2015. While at the University of Georgia School of Law, he was a member of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and interned for the Piedmont Judicial Circuit both in the Public Defenders office and for the Superior Court. After graduation, Bradford began his practice at Downey and Cleveland, LLP in Marietta, Georgia, representing both insurance companies and their insured in civil actions. Over the next several years, he tried civil cases to verdict in Georgias State and Magistrate courts. He also wrote and argued numerous motions in Georgias State and Superior courts. Years of working for insurance companies and defending alleged tortfeasors has given Bradford a deep understanding of the dynamics at play in a personal injury case. Bradford joined Ponton Law in 2019. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice before all Georgia State, Superior, and Appellate courts, including the Georgia Supreme Court, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th District.
