Stephen Ryan, Jr. Stephen Ryan, Jr., is an experienced litigator, with strong advocacy skills, a firm grasp of litigation strategy, and an overarching drive to help his clients resolve difficult legal problems. Attorney Ryan has spent his entire career focused on civil litigation in state and federal courts. Before joining the Firm, Attorney Ryan spent 15 years working for well-respected Boston firms and later in solo practice. Attorney Ryan has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, and brings his experience and practical knowledge to the table no matter the situation. Attorney Ryan has also advocated for whistleblowers before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and has been instrumental in obtaining large awards for certain individuals who reported wrongdoing at publicly traded companies. Attorney Ryan has worked on large-scale corporate matters worth hundreds of millions of dollars with intensive deposition and discovery practice, and has also dealt with cases involving individuals and businesses who are put in the difficult position of having to litigate simply to keep themselves afloat.
