She has both in-house and private practice experience and training with specialized training in alternative dispute resolutions and trials for both commercial and civil disputes. She has expertise in creditors rights and consumer protection, banking and finance, real estate, business and corporate, and regulatory counsel. Alyssa handles a range of regional and national matters in civil and federal court and international matters. She is experienced with a range of business and legal areas including complex litigation, trusts and estates, tax planning and wealth counsel, insurance, and debt collection. Alyssa also enjoys negotiations, pre-suit counsel, and post judgment case management of all disputed matters. Alyssa was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2017 after completing her juris doctor degree and a legal certificate in financial markets compliance. During law school, she served as a judicial extern in the Chancery Division of the State of Illinois Circuit Court of Cook County and was a Mentee of the Honorable John W. Darrah. Alyssa is a member of the International Bar Association, American Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association. She has enjoyed serving as a mentor to law students, speaker for UW-Madison Pre-Law Society, and speaker-presenter at career days for elementary students. She is an Accredited Veterans Affairs Attorney authorized to provide pro bono legal services to Veterans and their families regarding benefits claims and appeals.
