Marissa Beth Gart

Marissa Gart is a Partner with Johnson Ritchey Family Law. Her areas of experience in marital and family law are far-reaching, including dissolution of marriage, negotiation of timesharing, distribution of assets or liabilities, alimony, pre-nuptial agreements, child support, and collaborative divorce. Marissa is committed to an efficient and productive experience for her clients, with a focus on education of the law, strategic planning, and reviewing client options as the case progresses. Raised in Boca Raton, Florida, Marissa returned to her hometown after graduating from the University of Michigan and receiving her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. Since then, she has maintained an excellent reputation among her clients and the South Florida and Boca Raton legal community. Not only an expert in family law, Marissa has litigated criminal defense, insurance defense, and employment law matters. Marissa is a member of the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce and the South Palm Beach County Bar Association. She proudly stands with Lawyers for Israel and the Jewish National Fund. In her free time, Marissa loves running and cross training, reading, cooking, and supporting the many non-profit organizations within the South Florida community.
