Susanne E. Susanne has litigated a variety of cases in both state and federal courts including complex commercial litigation and securities fraud matters involving healthcare corporations, as well as litigation on behalf of the Republican Party of Florida relating to the 2000 election. For almost twenty years, her practice has concentrated on insurance defense, including medical malpractice and nursing home defense, on behalf of both healthcare facilities and individual providers. She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1998 and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
