Biographical informationMs. Shaw has spent significant time on both sides of the criminal legal system. This experience provides her with in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of cases as simple as misdemeanors and as complex as homicide.Ms. Shaw received her BSW from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, and her social work background has guided her career as an advocate for her clients. Ms. Shaw received her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2019 and was no stranger to success during her law school career. She was a member of Temple University Beasley School of Law’s prestigious National Trial Team which is recognized as one of the top trial training programs in the country. Ms. Shaw served as a certified legal intern with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where she sat second chair in murder trials and litigated misdemeanor cases to verdict in Philadelphia Municipal Court. She also served as trial support at the Camden area office of the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender.
