About
Bio Alexander G. LeVeque is a partner and trial attorney with the Firm practicing primarily in commercial and trust and estate matters. Mr. LeVeque regularly counsels businesses and individuals in complex disputes ranging from breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims to fraud and embezzlement. He has successfully litigated numerous multi-million-dollar disputes and consistently obtains favorable settlements for his clients. Mr. LeVeque has also successfully tried several jury and bench trials in Nevada state courts and has prevailed in several appeals to the Supreme Court of Nevada. Mr. LeVeque is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named annually to the Super Lawyers Mountain States Rising Stars list since 2016. Mr. LeVeque routinely serves as an arbitrator for the State Bar of Nevadas Fee Dispute Committee and is active in the Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of Nevada. At Solomon Dwiggins & Freer, Ltd., Mr. LeVeque serves as Chair of the Marketing/Advertising/Public Relations Committee and mentors new associate attorneys. After graduating from Indiana University in 2003, Mr. LeVeque received his juris doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law in 2008, graduating in the top one third percentile. While in Law school Mr. LeVeque served as a class senator of the Student Bar Association and earned a perfect score for his oral argument in the St. Thomas More Moot Court Competition. During the Summer, Mr. LeVeque clerked for the United States Maritime Administrations Office of Chief Counsel in Washington, D. C., and represented indigent criminal defendants with the State of Alaskas Office of Public Advocacy in Anchorage, Alaska.
