James A. King

Jim King is chair of the firms Litigation Department. His practice focuses on complex business and corporate litigation involving commercial disputes, securities lawsuits, class actions, product liability and toxic tort claims, and antitrust and regulatory enforcement actions. He also has extensive experience conducting internal investigations for publicly-held and private companies. Jim is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and is listed in Lawdragons 500 Leading Litigators in America. He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Corporate Law. Jim has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell®. Jim is a veteran of the U. S. Army and serves as the chair of the firms Veterans Affinity Group. From 1988 to 1992, he served as an Assistant to the General Counsel in the Office of the Secretary of the Army.
