Lindsay Howk Duncan

Professional Experience Lindsay joined Thede Culpepper in April 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Lindsay served clients across Oregon and Washington in their professional and personal interests before various trial courts and professional licensing agencies. She also has experience handling complex family law matters at the trial and appellate level. Lindsay's practice includes trust and estate planning, trust and estate administration, and drafting and negotiating marital agreements. She is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington state courts, District of Oregon, and the United States Court of Appeals within the Ninth Circuit. Professional Activities Lindsay is a member of the Oregon State Bar, including the Estate Planning and Administration Section, the Multnomah Bar Association, and the Washington State Bar Association. Education Lindsay earned her B.A. in Environmental Science from Alaska Pacific University in Anchorage, Alaska. Personal Activities Lindsay lives in Portland with her husband and daughter. A lifelong lover of vintage, Lindsay spends her free time sourcing and curating hard to find pieces at a local vintage mall. She is an active member of the Cherry Park Elementary PTA.
