Founding Partner Jason Salgado Jason Salgado is a founding partner of Salgado Thomas PA. He began representing insurance companies in 1997 and has continued to present. His practice primarily consists of civil litigation with a primary focus on first party property claims, premises liability actions, insurance coverage issues and personal injury law involving a multitude of coverage and litigation issues. Mr. Salgado has handled all aspects of first and third party property insurance claims - including sinkhole, wind, water damage, theft, lightning, hurricane, hail damage and fire losses - from inception to trial and has resolved countless cases by focusing on counseling his clients to achieve their goals in the most cost-effective manner, often before reaching trial, avoiding its uncertainty.
