David P. Seulean

David Seulean Philip Taylor Philip Taylor is an Oregon native who grew up in Medford, Oregon before earning his Bachelors Degree in Political Science at Portland State University and his J.D. at Lewis and Clark, where he graduated Cum Laude in 2015. After passing the bar the same year he returned to Southern Oregon as an associate at the Law Offices of David Seulean, P.C., where he had previously worked as an intern. In addition to interning at the Law Office of David Seulean, P.C., Philip interned at the Federal Public Defender’s office both in Medford, and in Portland. On his free time, he enjoys being outside, camping, swimming, and sailing with his boss at Lake of the Woods.
