S., 2008 Admitted to Practice Oregon Meagans family law experience began during law school with an externship at St. Andrew Legal Clinic, assisting moderate-means clients with divorce and child custody issues. Following law school, Meagan became an associate at Wyse Kadish and is now a co-managing partner. Her passion for and dedication to helping people navigate emotionally challenging life changes is reflected in her professional and volunteer work. Meagans family law practice focuses on a variety of matters, primarily complex and high asset divorce, prenuptial agreements, mediation, and collaborative divorce. Meagans cases regularly involve the valuation and division of business interests and real estate, along with other unique assets and traditional family wealth. Meagans goal is to provide all her clients with a high level of service and guidance while preserving assets and minimizing unnecessary conflict. She is uniquely situated as a counselor to guide her clients in making decisions that have long-term impacts on themselves and their children, and she takes that privilege very seriously. Her strategic and measured approach to each case is designed to meet the clients individual circumstances and needs. No two cases are the same and each client deserves an individualized experience. Meagan has been recognized for her work in family law by Super Lawyers, as an Oregon Rising Star for 4 consecutive years (2019 - 2022). Selected to Super Lawyers: 2023 - 2024 . In her spare time, Meagan enjoys yoga, travel, and spending time with her two children and whatever pets they bring home.
