Every spouse brings their own unique perspectives, problems, and emotions into their divorce. Richard helps his clients by addressing the emotional and financial aspects of their case and guides them through each step of the divorce process. Richard grew up in Marietta, Georgia in a family of lawyers. Immediately after graduating from Georgia State, College of Law, Richard started practicing law in the heart of Atlanta and took cases throughout the surrounding metro Atlanta area. Prior to being an attorney, Richard was a mediator for the Fulton and Dekalb County Magistrate Court Systems. Richard remains a licensed mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. Richards experience with mediation and litigation provides him the skills to identify the many facets and problems in family law. He uses these skills to advise his clients and resolve legal disputes. Should negotiation fail, Richard is an experienced and zealous litigator dedicated to his clients rights. Richard enjoys spending time with his family and reading. In his free time, Richard loves to play board games with his friends, who refer to him as the resident rules lawyer.
