Areas of Practice Real Estate Law Business and Commercial Law Landlord/Tenant Law Wills, Trusts, Probate and Estate Administration Mr. Diner is the founder and sole attorney of the firm and is engaged in a transactional practice involving real estate matters, business and commercial matters, landlord/tenant matters, drafting of wills and trusts and probate and administration of estates. His more than 43 years of experience in real estate matters has given him the expertise to represent clients in a wide variety of matters, including investment and development of commercial properties, residential and commercial closings, title examinations, drafting and negotiation of commercial and shopping center leases, condominium development, loan transactions for banking clients. Additionally, Mr. Diner provides representation in structuring of new businesses, purchase and /or sale of existing businesses, as well as drafting of wills and trusts and representation of interested parties in probate and estate administration procedures. Mr. Diner represents various financial institutions and numerous individual investment groups in many phases of their business. While attending the University of South Florida, Mr. Diner distinguished himself as a student leader. holding many high positions of responsibility and receiving numerous awards in recognition of his service to the University. Mr. Diner graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1972. While in law school, he excelled in numerous courses and received awards for highest grade in Civil Procedure and the Best Moot Court Appellate Brief. In addition to his professional career, Mr. Diner is involved in many not-profit organizations in the community.
