Allyson Roberts

Allyson Roberts (she/her) is an Associate Attorney at Barry Miller Law. Her practice focuses on Estate Planning and Probate. She graduated from Florida State University with a B. S. Degree in Criminology and from Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School with her Juris Doctorate. Allyson was the Student Bar Associate President, American Civil Liberties Union Club (ACLU) Vice President, and Parliamentarian of the Sexuality and Gender Acceptance Organization (SAGA). She also participated in Moot Court and Trial Skills. During her legal externship in law school at a prominent Tampa Real Estate Law Firm, she wrote her first Appeal that went before the 2nd District Court of Appeals regarding a Mortgage Foreclosure and subsequent Foreclosure Sale. Allyson has experience in Tax Law and is barred in the United States Tax Court. She is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and Florida Young Lawyers Division.
