William Jennings

William Moates is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on all aspects of civil litigation, with a concentration on defending insureds and insurance carriers. Mr. Moatess litigation experience includes handling matters involving premises liability, professional liability, negligent security, construction site injury, trucking and transportation, and catastrophic injury. He regularly appears in state and federal courts, where he defends clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including trials, arbitrations and mediations.
